What does the card include?
The price per card INCLUDES the envelope and custom printing. There are no set-up fees or additional charges for custom printing.
What is the quality of your card stock and printing?
We guarantee the quality of all our products. We use premium card stock and high quality laser printing.
What is our photo policy?
For cards that require us to print the photo, we require a non-professional photo either emailed or mailed to us. We will then take the photograph and print it on photo paper for the card. Any photographs that are mailed to us will not be returned. Doodlebug Press does claim the right to us any photographs in future advertising. There is no additional fee for this service.
Do any of the cards require extra postage?
Some cards do require extra postage and that is noted in the card description.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Once your order has been place and your payment approved, your order will be processed in 4-5 business days. For orders with personalized text, you will be emailed a text proof to approve before your order is printed.
However for orders over 100 pieces we need 2 weeks to process the order. If for some reason you should need your order sooner please contact us.
We will notify you if some reason we are having delays with our materials and supplies.
How are orders shipped?
We shipped all orders by US priority mail. However, you do have the option at the time of ordering to upgrade your shipping to 2-day or next day air for an additional fee. Please email us if you are needed the order rushed and we contact you with additional shipping charges.
What is our return policy?
At Doodlebug Press, we are proud of our product and stand behind it. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we will refund you money within 45 from the time of purchase. You will refund you money for the items and original shipping charges, but we are unable to refund the shipping charges for returning the item.
What to do if there is a mistake on the order?
No problem we will reprint the order for you. If the error was the fault of our staff we will reprint the order at no charge. If there error is the fault of the customer, we will reprint the order at 35% off the original price.
Will we do custom?
Yes, please contact Sharon and let her know what you looking for and will either be able to create something for you or find in our files. Sharon has an extensive library of illustrations that she has created.

What are the shipping charges?
• For orders of $1.00-50.00 it is $5.00
• For order over $50.00 the shipping is free (excludes any orders out of the continental US)
